What kinda lock is this?

The new VC’s arrival cut the last chord of relationship of the former VC with anna.Eventhough both the VC’s have few things in commom like –not so prominent pot bellies,spectacles,poor language skills etc..The recently elected, seems to gain popularity amongst the students by relaxing the cell phone ban.A brilliant move already planned is awaited to be implemented.The dead lock is cell phone JAMMERS’. google it and you will know how much we are cornered in this issue.
